Personalize
Select your Designer Dream Package and any other potential upgrades with your Sales Associate.
Lender Closing & Title Company
Your Sales Associate has set up an appointment for you and the lender to review payments and the terms of the loan.
Final walk through, becoming a homeowner & receiving your keys
Upon Close of Escrow, you may come into the Sales Office and pick up your keys! CONGRATULATIONS!
