Elliott Reserve Wins Industry Award

In late November, the team at Elliott Homes was honored with an industry award for the work in our custom home division. The Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence, or MAME, Awards recognize the industry’s most outstanding contributors who are the top achievers in the new home industry. 

The 45th annual awards ceremony, hosted by the North State Building Industry Association in Sacramento, recognized our first custom home project built in the Elliott Reserve series. The project won Custom Home of the Year over $2 million, beating out numerous talented builders and developers in Northern California. 

North State Building Industry Association (BIA)

The North State Building Industry Association is composed of builders, developers, subcontractors, suppliers and related professionals dedicated to the advancement of the homebuilding industry. Founded in 1944, the association and its members, including Elliott Homes, have been building high quality communities and homes throughout the Sacramento region for more than seven decades.

The first-ever Elliott Reserve project was 9220 Stowe Place in Granite Bay, California. This now-sold four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom home boasts over 5,600 square feet of open living space, reflecting the effortless and breezy California lifestyle that today’s homeowners are on the hunt for. Fully furnished by Restoration Hardware, featuring custom art installations from local artists and equipped with the latest in smart home technology, 9220 Stowe Place offered a look into the luxury that can be offered with a turnkey project. 

The floor plan features open living spaces with stacking sliding doors leading to the outdoor space, a gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, delta faucets and a butler’s pantry for extra storage and prep space, a formal dining room with a fully equipped conditioned wine cellar and wet bar, as well as attached three-car and one-car garages. The bedroom layout makes it easy for family members to have all the privacy they need throughout the home, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet attached to each. The professionally designed and landscaped backyard has ample entertaining space, with a fireplace and large television, pool with an attached spa and other custom features.
