Step 1 – Complete a Service Request Form. The form may be emailed, faxed to 916-984-1322 or mailed to the corporate office. Please print a copy of the form for your records.

Step 2 – A Home Care Technician will contact you within 2 business days to schedule an appointment to visit your home. If you have not received a response within 2 business days, please email maintenance@elliotthomes.com or call the corporate office at 916-984-1300.
