AZ, Phoenix – The sun is shining, the flowers are blooming, are we are building some amazing new homes. Elliott Homes is proud to announce that with the dramatic uptick in traffic and sales, the SOLAR and energy-efficient features we offer in our homes is proving to be a great success. Buyers today are “sold” on SOLAR! Along with the increase in sales we have ramped up our sales staff to provide the type of customer service and one on one attention you would expect with purchasing a new home from a well respected private home builder.

We are working hard to keep up with the recent demand for our homes and are now down to only having (2) completed homes available. The good news is that we have another (8) that will be completed in May/June, and then (6) that will be ready by August. If you are thinking about purchasing a new home and moving in by the summer, you need to get into our office and sign contract before it’s too late.

Parke at Laveen Meadows is located just south of Baseline Rd, from 67th Avenue in the Laveen Meadows community. Homes start in the $120’s with a total of four completed inventory homes. The Estates Series at Riverwalk is located off Southern Ave, near 55th Avenue. Homes start in the $160’s and there is currently one completed home and two more homes under construction. Sales office number is 602-237-2603. Office is now open 10am-6pm Friday through Tuesday and “by appointment” on Wednesday and Thursday.
