Our skilled, professional Home Care Technicians are highly experienced and available to assist with any warranty items or maintenance questions. We take pride in having long-standing relationships with some of the best suppliers in the nation and work hard to ensure a system of quality control exists in every home we build. We are so confident that we build the highest quality home available in the market, not only do we provide our One-year Fit-and-Finish Warranty, but also a 10-year guarantee against structural or latent defects.

Owning an Elliott Home guarantees a timely response to your warranty requests. The following Warranty Guidelines should be reviewed before submitting your service request.

Home Care Service - Warranty
Our Home Care Technicians are available to assist with Service Requests Monday through Friday. When submitting a Service Request Form, please allow one business day to receive a response from a Home Care Technician. An appointment will be scheduled with you at that time. During the appointment, our hands-on technicians will repair any items they are able to repair at that time. We are aware your time is valuable and we do whatever we can to make the repair process as expeditious as possible while maintaining our commitment to quality. If there are items we are unable to repair at our first visit, we will schedule a convenient time to have a subcontractor correct any outstandingissues.

Courtesy Home Care Inspections
Our courtesy Home Care inspections occur twice a year: once at 30-Days post-closing and again at 11-months post-closing.  Elliott Homes cares about your satisfaction with your home’s performance.  These courtesy inspections provide opportunities for homeowners to ask questions and continue to learn from the experienced Home Care staff about the functionality of their new home. It also gives us the opportunity to give you great tips on how to keep the home functioning in optimum condition for years to come. 

Your Home Care Technician will attend your initial, pre-closing inspection to make an introduction, explain our process of submitting Service Requests, and schedule your 30-Day Post Closing Inspection. At about ten months into your first year, Elliott Homes will send you a letter requesting you to contact us to schedule your 11-month Post-Closing inspection. As with regular warranty service, you or your authorized representative over the age of 18 must be present to provide access to the home for the inspection to be completed.


Emergency Home Care Service
Items considered emergencies are as follows:

  • Water Intrusion
  • Electrical Issues
  • Security Issues
