Our foundation’s vision is to enhance and extend human life in the communities we serve.

Our mission is to provide support for the unmet medical needs related to stroke. Our Foundation is firmly committed to reduce the incidence of stroke and improve treatment from this life-threatening medical condition through supporting and advancing technology and education.

Our focus is to direct our resources toward a national and regional partnership with the National Stroke Association* (NSA), and Mercy Healthcare System. We support the NSA’s national outreach to provide clinical and treatment education to medical professionals and first responders. In Northern California we are working with Mercy Healthcare System to develop centers of excellence in stroke medical care. 

The Harry C. Elliott III & Deborah L . Elliott Family Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Elliott Homes, a fourth-generation developer and homebuilder which has built more than 35,000 homes since its founding in 1914. The Margaret F. Elliott Fund honors the memory of Margaret Elliott, the matriarch of the Elliott family as wife, mother and grandmother who succumbed to complications from strokes.
